Yes, you can.

You’ll have access to the backend of your website where you’ll be able to edit certain aspects. You will also be able to add new blog posts and products with ease*.

We’ll also be on hand if you need help with making any amendments.

* Only applies if your website has a blog or is an e-commerce website

Yes, there are.

We charge a very small fee each month to ensure your website is secure and up to date to avoid security pitfalls.

We spend an allocated amount of time each week on every website we manage to ensure all of our client sites are 100% up to date and secure. For the small fee we charge you’ll receive the following:

  1. Daily backups of your website
  2. Security updates for your theme, plugins and server
  3. Anti-spam protection
  4. Fast and secure web hosting
  5. SSL certificate

The price for this incredible service is either £10 per month for our brochure website package, or £20 per month for our e-commerce package.

Of course!

Each website package purchased is entitled to 5 branded email accounts. For example, if your domain name is www.sallysflowershop.co.uk you could have:

  • sally@sallysflowershop.co.uk
  • admin@sallysflowershop.co.uk
  • sales@sallysflowershop.co.uk
  • contact@sallysflowershop.co.uk

If you require more than 5 email accounts, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to add more to your account for a small fee.

Most certainly not!

We’ll simply create what is called a ‘domain reference’ which will allow us to link our server to your domain name to provide web hosting.

We do offer a free .co.uk domain name with every package we sell. If you require a different extension or are simply curious of the renewal rates, please see the list below:

  • .co.uk £15 per year
  • .com £25 per year
  • .net £25 per year
  • .org £25 per year
